Welcome to the terms and conditions page of our theater, your theater, Fantakah Theater. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all our visitors, performers, and staff. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before participating in any of our activities or using our facilities.

Ticket Sales

This section covers the sale of all tickets for the shows and events provided by Fantakah. The ticket holder agrees to these terms and conditions upon the issuance or use of the ticket, or the attempt to use it.

• Tickets are final and non-refundable.

All prices include VAT.

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions and to adhere to any other terms and conditions and restrictions of the organizer before or during the event.

Cancellation and Postponement

In the event that the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded as a credit to the customer. This credit can be used for the same event or an event of the same type and value of the refunded tickets and must be used within a year from the ticket purchase date.

General Provisions

• We ask all our visitors to adhere to the regulations of Ministry of Culture and General Authority of Entertainment (GAE).
• For a smooth entry experience, we request everyone to arrive 15 minutes before the show.
• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event's date, time, location, and the allowed age.
• Ticket holders must arrive early at the event location. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers, in which case the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.
• The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or the loss or damage of personal belongings caused by or related to the event.
• Acknowledgment and adherence to the public decency regulations.
• The organizer has the right to expel anyone who, in the opinion of the organizer, exhibits behavior that is considered inappropriate.
• The available parking spaces belong to the Auto Moto commercial complex, and Fantakah Theater does not have the right to reserve or allocate parking for visitors.
• The entry of professional photography and video cameras into the theater is prohibited.
• The ticket holder, as an attendee of the event, agrees to appear in photographs, video recordings, and audio clips recorded during the show, which may be used and published on the internet and social media.
• Fantakah collects certain data during the event for safety, quality assurance, and operational purposes. By attending, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of this data, which may include video recordings, behavioral analytics, and general attendance records. We reserve the right to use this data for internal analysis, security, and promotional purposes.
• The resale of the ticket is strictly prohibited.

FAQ

1. Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the event?

No. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available once a ticket has been purchased.

2. What happens if the event is canceled?

If the event is canceled by the organizer, a credit equal to the ticket value will be issued. The credit must be used within a year from the ticket purchase date for the same or a similar type of event.

3. Are children allowed to attend the shows?

Each event may have different age requirements. Please check the specific event details when purchasing your ticket. Ticket holders are responsible for verifying age restrictions.

4. When should I arrive at the venue?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued for latecomers.

5. Is parking available?

Parking is available at the Auto Moto commercial complex. Fantakah does not control parking spaces and cannot guarantee availability.

6. Will I be recorded during the event?

Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.

7. What type of data do you collect during the event?

We collect data such as video recordings, attendance patterns, and general audience behavior for safety, security, quality assurance, and promotional purposes. Your participation in the event signifies your consent to this data collection and usage.

8. Can I bring a professional camera?

No. Professional photography and video equipment are not permitted inside the theater.
